■Getting a Peppol ID
Peppol ID is an ID for connecting to the Peppol network. To obtain a Peppol ID, use the “Peppol ID Issuance Service” provided by Yayoi.
The steps to use the Peppol ID Issuance Service are as follows.
- Access the Yayoi Kaikei/Yayoi Hanbai website and log in.
- Click “Smart Voucher Management.”
- Click “Peppol ID Issuance Service.”
- Follow the instructions on the screen to issue a Peppol ID.
After obtaining a Peppol ID, enable Peppol in the Yayoi product settings.
The following steps are required to enable Peppol in the Yayoi Kaikei/Yayoi Hanbai settings.
- From the Yayoi Accounting/Yayoi Sales menu, click “Accounting/Sales > Basic Settings > Other > Smart Voucher Management.”
- Click the “Peppol” tab.
