Based on Yayoi Hanbai’ order slips, it converts and outputs CSV data in bulk to match the shipping label issuing software of each shipping company.

• By linking with Yayoi Hanbai, data entry work is greatly reduced!
  The work that was previously done by entering data into Yayoi Hanbai’ and each shipping company’s shipping label issuing software is now limited to the registration of Yayoi Hanbai’ order slips.
• Easy work with bulk import
  By importing data from this system to the shipping label issuing software of the relevant shipping company at the specified time, you can minimize data omissions that occur when entering data each time!

System flow (image)

1. Register Yayoi Hanbai order slips.
2. Yayoi Hanbai order slip data is automatically imported into this system.
   A list of imported data is displayed, and the specified order slip is output as a CSV file.
   *CSV files will be in different formats depending on the shipping company.
3. Import the CSV file into each shipping company’s waybill issuing system.
4. Print the waybill and arrange for shipping.
