Introduction background

In recent years, orders from EC sites have increased dramatically, so we have been importing order slips.

However, every time we imported, we had to close Yayoi Sales, which was stressful.

We looked for a way to automate the import to eliminate that, and found an automatic import tool.

Effects of introduction

1. Time spent on tabulation and analysis
   Since the data is imported automatically even while using Yayoi Hanbai, Yayoi Hanbai users who were previously occupied with order registration can now be freed up to do data collection and analysis.
   
   
2. Labor costs have been reduced.
   We had been considering adding staff to handle registration work, but this is no longer necessary. (Labor costs have been reduced.)

3. Input errors have been reduced to almost zero.
   Since we can reflect order data from the EC site, input errors have been reduced to almost zero.
4. Product prices change frequently
   Since product prices for each customer change frequently, we use this tool every day to update the sales price to the latest one.
