Introduction background

The company had been using its own mail order management software for some time.

However, this software was not linked to Yayoi Hanbai, and one office worker was spending time every business day registering order slips. There were seasonal products, and during busy periods, one person could not keep up, so the registration work sometimes had to be done by two or three people.

So we started looking for a way to link our in-house system capable of outputting CSV files with Yayoi Hanbai’ order slip registration, and that’s when we found this tool.

The order data (CSV file) output from our in-house mail order management software was different from the basic specifications of the tool, but we were told that it could be implemented with some customization.

The process leading up to the customization was also relatively smooth, with both parties checking the specifications.

After implementation

1. Processing speed increased!
   By registering order slips to Yayoi Hanbai immediately after the start of business on the next business day, we can now arrange for shipping to customers (sales processing) almost the same day.
2. Data entry errors eliminated
   The manual transfer of order data from the mail order management software has been replaced with the export of order data from the mail order management software, conversion of the data, and transfer to Yayoi Hanbai, eliminating data entry errors.
3. Reduce data entry time
   Automation has eliminated the need to check orders, significantly reducing the workload of administrative staff.
4. Data can be checked
   Because it is possible to check order data before transferring it and select the transfer option, it is possible to check the details of canceled or changed orders before they are reflected in Yayoi Hanbai, and this is an effective way to make corrections.

Operation flow

	１．Click the “Browse” button on the right of the screen, select the previously saved order data (CSV file), and import it.
	２．After the data is displayed, check the items to be transferred and click the “(F2) Transfer” button, and an order slip will be automatically generated in Yayoi Hanbai.
