Once the check is complete, the invoice should be properly registered by attaching a sticky note. In “Hanbai Daijin NX,” there is a sticky note function within the sales invoice input screen, but the person checking the invoice must take the trouble of opening the invoice. In “Hanbai Daijin NX,” there is a function called the “Sales Invoice Confirmation Slip,” which displays the invoices in a list, making the work of the person checking easier.

However, since the only thing you can do with Hanbai Daijin NX is to open and register invoices, we developed a tool that allows you to easily register them in a list. We believe that even saving a minute or a second will improve productivity.
