With the mission of “bringing excitement to everyone,” ASOVIEW Inc. operates a marketplace for leisure activities and craft experiences, as well as tickets for amusement parks, aquariums, day trips to hot springs, and more. The company has introduced “applippli Cloud (Yayoi Kaikei).”

 ー Please tell us why you decided to introduce “applippli Cloud (Yayoi Kaikei).”

We were originally using Yayoi Kaikei Professional for two users, but because the system was used by connecting two computers without using a server, we felt it was inconvenient because we could not use the main computer when we were away from it. Also, since the number of people who wanted to use the accounting software increased to four, we decided to introduce Yayoi Kaikei Network (for five users). When introducing this, we had to consider whether to have an in-house server or to use the cloud.

ー Please tell us about the issues you faced before introducing “applippli Cloud (Yayoi Kaikei)”.

Since everyone works on a laptop, cloud management that can be used from remote locations would be convenient, but the cost was inevitably higher than having an in-house server, which was an issue.

ー What made you decide to introduce “appliooli Cloud (Yayoi Kaikaei)”?

One of the deciding factors for us to adopt the system was that your support with IT implementation subsidies eliminated cost issues such as initial costs.

ー Please tell us your impressions after adoption.

With the on-premise environment that we were using previously, operations were slow and work would be interrupted when we were separated from the parent computer, but these issues have been improved.
