Introduction background

We sell products manufactured in-house on a shopping site. For sales history, we were able to output Yayoi Hanbai sales slips in import format from the management page.

However, for sales that occurred every day, we had to import data to Yayoi Hanbai every day. At that time, other users could not log in, which was one of the reasons why work stopped.

After introduction

1. Eliminates the hassle of importing
   Automatic imports are performed late at night, eliminating the hassle of importing during work hours. It also eliminated the hassle of making internal announcements about logging in to Yayoi Hanbai.

   Since there was a function that allowed us to import not only sales slips but also deposit slips at the same time, we imported the deposit information at the same time.
