Support for subscription apps

Inquiries about usage

If you have any questions about each subscription app, such as “I don’t know how to use it” or “It won’t start,” please contact our office. We will assist you over the phone or remotely.
*For remote operation, we will use “Team Viewer.” We will send you a separate download URL by email.

Support when an error occurs

If an error occurs while using any of the rental apps, please contact our support desk. We will check the conditions under which the error occurred (what operation was being performed, whether it occurred on multiple devices) and the usage environment, and then respond.

  • Remote Desktop Services with Windows Server 2022 / 2019 / 2016 / 2012 R2 / 2012 is required. The operating environment for these clients is the same as the client environment above.
  • When printing on Remote Desktop Services/Windows Terminal Services, specify a network printer. Printing on a local printer is not supported.
